DESCRIPTION:Aether TST Chair Larry Peterson presented a keynote talk\, “Democratizing 5G: Open Source and (Much) More\,” at AraFest ’24 on August 26\, 2024. Larry spoke about the challenges of democratizing 5G — lowering the barrier to innovation — at this event\, which was hosted by Iowa State University and showcased ARA progress building a wireless living lab for smart and connected rural communities.
